February 13 In response to the request of numerous organizations
and general meetings of workers, peasants and Red Army men, J. V. Stalin
is awarded a second Order of the Red Banner for his outstanding services

First Cavalry Army on the occasion of its tenth anniversary. The message

J. V. Stalin writes a reply to a letter from the workers of the Izhevsk
factory wishing them success in the fulfillment of their plan of production
of munitions for the Red Army. The reply was published in Izhevskaya

J. V. Stalin attends a celebration meeting of the Moscow Soviet in the
Bolshoi Theatre on the occasion of the twelfth anniversary of the Red
Army and the tenth anniversary of the First Cavalry Army.
