commission of the C.C., CPSU(B) for preparing the draft resolution "Directives

the USSR (1933-1937)." The resolution was adopted at the Seventeenth
Conference of the CPSU(B) and endorsed by the plenum of the C.C., CPSU(B)
on February 4, 1932.
